Reporting to Maintenance Planning Manager the position includes the following responsibilities:

- Manage the receipting, storage, and dispatch of maintenance parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using systems such as SAP (or similar)
- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
- Ensure timely availability of parts to support maintenance schedules
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding orders and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and protected store environment
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions as required
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

**Desired Skills and Experience**: **Desired Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a storeperson/warehouse/inventory role (maintenance or industrial environment preferred)
- Experience using inventory systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
