- We're Hiring a Customer Service / Warehouse Team Member!**

Beserk is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service / Warehouse Team Member to join our team.

If you're organised, love helping people, and enjoy staying active with packing orders and stock handling, we want to hear from you.

**About the Role**: This is a full time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Your time will be split between customer service tasks and warehouse duties, playing a key role in keeping both our customers and operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**_
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle in-store customer pickups and ensure a smooth experience
- Assist customers with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- **Warehouse Duties**_
- Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and care
- Process incoming stock: unpack, sort, and shelve items
- Assist with regular inventory checks and stock management
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Perform general warehouse duties to support day-to-day operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Customer service experience (in-person, phone, or online)
- Fast typist
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties (lifting, packing, etc.)
- A passion for alternative fashion and culture is a big plus!
- Shopify experience is an advantage but not required
