Customer Service Officer (Edinburgh North)

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for our next dynamic Customer Service Officer to engage with our customers to fulfill orders and address any queries. A key focus of this role is to ensure that superior customer service is being delivered to all current and potential clients of the business. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and be comfortable with both phone and written communication, previous experience with an ERP system is desirable.

Reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Edinburgh North premises, this is a great opportunity to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:- Highly accurate and proficient data entry for customer orders.- Regular outbound phone contact with customers aligning with call cycle.- Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new distribution opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle.- Strong focus on improving the customer experience in alignment with required outcomes.- Provide timely feedback to the Customer Service Supervisor and production team for customer orders and customer queries.- Continuous improvement by identifying issues, challenges, and finding and implementing solutions.- Reception duties as required.
