Inclusion Support Educator (Penfield)

About Goodstart Penfield We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Support Educator to join our dedicated team! This role requires solid knowledge of inclusive learning, supporting environments and child-centred practices that promote participation, engagement, and positive learning outcomes. Our centre caters for up to 85 children a day in rooms from Nursery, through to Toddler Rooms and Preschool. Responsibilities As an Inclusion Support Educator you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. You will support inclusive practices, facilitate child development, monitor learning outcomes, and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current SA Working with Children Check. Benefits
