- We're Hiring a Customer Service / Warehouse Team Member!

Beserk is on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service / Warehouse Team Member to join our team.

If you're organised, love helping people, and enjoy staying active with packing orders and stock handling, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Your time will be split between customer service tasks and warehouse duties, playing a key role in keeping both our customers and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service_

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner

Handle in-store customer pickups and ensure a smooth experience

Assist customers with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process

Provide general administrative support as needed

Warehouse Duties_

Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and care

Process incoming stock: unpack, sort, and shelve items

Assist with regular inventory checks and stock management

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Perform general warehouse duties to support day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

Customer service experience (in-person, phone, or online)

Fast typist

Solid communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask

Physically capable of performing warehouse duties (lifting, packing, etc.)

A passion for alternative fashion and culture is a big plus!

Shopify experience is an advantage but not required

- $27.00 per hour
