We work on everything from family backyards to large civil projects and take pride in doing quality work.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to run site crews and help deliver quality outdoor construction projects.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to settle in, grow with the company, and lead by example.

What We Do

You’ll be working across jobs including:

Paving

Retaining walls

Stone walls & stone cladding

Stormwater

Concrete

Fencing

Landscape Design & Construction

What You’ll Need

Cert III in a trade OR 5+ years experience:

Strong outdoor construction experience

Able to lead a small crew

Good work ethic and reliable

Happy to get on the tools

Licences

Valid driver’s licence (required):

Able to get to sites or the yard

MR licence or above
- advantage
