What you’ll actually be doing Building a pipeline of candidates (think: finding outstanding people before anyone else does) Matching candidates to roles that genuinely suit them Supporting people as they start new jobs Keeping your notes and recruitment activity organised Working with a team that likes to win and celebrate when placements land
