**About the role** The primary role of our Customer Service Representative is to:
- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
**About you, skills and experience** We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is:
- Passionate about customers.
- A service expert with some sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Able to work in a team setting and contribute to the team’s success as well as also work independently.
- Highly motivated driven and self-starter.
- Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic.
- A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills.
- Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make.
- A confident communicator looking for an awesome opportunity in a growing company.
