Weekend Maintenance Electrician – Friday to Monday Shift …, Two Wells

At Perfection Fresh, we are leaders in large-scale horticulture and premium fresh produce. Our Two Wells Farms operation is a high-tech, fast-paced glasshouse environment where reliability, safety, and performance are critical to success. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our weekend operations team, working Friday to Monday, supporting continuous production through effective maintenance, breakdown response, and equipment reliability. About the Role You will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems, plant equipment, and greenhouse infrastructure operate safely and efficiently across weekend production. This role is critical in maintaining uptime and minimising disruption during peak operational periods. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to electrical breakdowns and urgent maintenance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance across plant, motors, pumps, and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a fast-paced production workplace
- Support continuous operation of greenhouse systems and infrastructure
- Complete work orders accurately using maintenance systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with WHS requirements
- Work independently across weekend operations (Friday–Monday)
- Support operational continuity and minimise production downtime About You
- Licensed Electrician (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pumps, motors, and plant equipment
- Ability to work autonomously across weekend shifts
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
