NXT GEN SOLAR is a rapidly growing solar and battery company based in Somerville, Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated SAA Accredited Electrician to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a young, driven, and highly motivated team delivering quality residential and commercial solar and battery installations across Victoria.

About the Role

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for:

Managing and completing residential and commercial solar and battery installations Leading teams of apprentices and labourers on-site Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism Completing commissioning, testing, and documentation requirements Occasional general electrical works

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

Current A-Grade Electrical Licence Current SAA Solar Accreditation Current Victorian Driver’s Licence Strong understanding of solar and battery systems Ability to lead and mentor apprentices Solid problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Highly Regarded

Battery installation experience Commercial solar experience Working at Heights certification EWP Licence First Aid certification
