LINK Business Brokers Brisbane is on the hunt for a talented and motivated Broker Support Executive to join their team. **The role**: The primary function of the role is to provide exceptional operational support to the business brokers. This involves managing listings, deal administration, collaborating with the in-house team, clients and lawyers and managing all the details to ensure a smooth and successful sales process for all parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the administrative process of Broker sales from listing through to final payment
- Preparing documentation including appointment forms and contracts
- Assisting with generating listing information packages
- Updating CRM system
- Ensuring milestones are met for deals and contract details
- Communicating with Lawyers and other stakeholders
- Monthly data checks
- Organising sales meeting agendas and actions
You’ll also be called upon to assist with planning LINK webinars, Awards and events and contribute your ideas to improving client experience and processes.
**Who we need**
Ideally you’ll be a self starter and be comfortable dealing with a wide range of people.
Strong verbal and written and communication skills are required along with an eye for detail.
You’ll be a master at co-ordination and keeping tasks and people on track.
Collaboration and flexibility are also traits we are looking for.
LINK has well developed systems and exposure to Microsoft CRM Dynamics would be an advantage with Intermediate level use of MS Office a must.
