Position: Medical Receptionist
Location:Wesley Hospital, Auchenflower
Hours: 10-hour days, 4 days per week on a rotating roster between 6:30am to 9pm. Weekend work on a rotating roster between 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone in our dedicated contact centre.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
