We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Attendants to join our

Innisfail

team as Casual workers.

About the Role

This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be an important part of the team, helping create a welcoming and effective store environment.

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, personalised customer service

Operating the console and handling transactions accurately

Food preparation and maintaining food safety standards

Merchandising, restocking, and stock rotation

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store and forecourt

About You

You are someone who:

Enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service

Has a positive attitude and solid team focus

Communicates clearly and professionally

Takes pride in presentation and store standards

Is reliable and versatile, with availability for afternoon and weekend shifts

Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
