Located in the vibrant tropical town on the Qld North Coast just south of iconic Cairns, this well-established community pharmacy offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist Manager seeking long-term career growth and potential partnership opportunities. This location combines affordable coastal living with access to World Heritage rainforests, the Great Barrier Reef, and beautiful beaches. The region is known for its relaxed lifestyle, strong community spirit, and stunning natural surrounds. This full-time Pharmacist Manager role will see you leading a small but capable pharmacy team consisting of another Pharmacist and six experienced Pharmacy Assistants, many of whom are trained to support dispensary operations when required. You will oversee both dispensary and front-of-shop operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth day-to-day pharmacy performance. Services include Vaccinations, DAA packing, Methadone and Medicinal Cannabis dispensing. Negotiable full-time roster, but no evenings and only 1/2 day opening on the Saturday. You will generally work alongside another Pharmacist except on Saturdays if that is part of your roster. Skills Required
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Previous pharmacy management experience.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Vaccination accreditation highly regarded but not essential.
- Proven ability to oversee dispensary and retail operations. Salary & Benefits
