Graduate Account Manager
- Support and Implementations for Mobiledock Deployments
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy graduate to join our team as an Account Manager, focusing on support and implementations for Mobiledock deployments.
This role offers an exciting prospect to work with cutting-edge loading dock management and scheduling technology while developing valuable skills in customer relationship management and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support and Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implementation and Deployment
Assist in the planning and execution of Mobiledock deployments for new clients.
Configure the Mobiledock system according to client requirements and site constraints.
Provide training and onboarding support to clients and their supply chain partners.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration with clients' existing systems.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in logistics.:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for in office client visits and implementations.
