Marketing Executive - Hospitality (Southbank)

**The role**

The Marketing team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.

The Marketing Executive Hospitality position plays a key role in the execution of the annual integrated marketing plan and manages the execution across the Hospitality Business Unit at the property level.

**In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as**:

- Understand the growth strategy for Crown Property and align marketing activities to grow Hospitality revenue and contribution.
- Work closely with their line manager, the Marketing Executive Hospitality will be involved in the development of the marketing plan, the detailed design of campaigns, the delivery and execution of those campaigns, and post-campaign reviews.
- Refine promotion, offer, and event concepts adhering to brand guidelines and budget to determine qualification criteria, promotion/offer mechanics, event times, conditions, and exclusions.

**You’ll bring the following**:

- Demonstrated ability to executive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Brand marketing experience (high-end hospitality, beverage, entertainment, or retail preferred).
- Experience supporting or managing integrated campaigns.
