**Role Overview**: Are you creative, organised, and social media savvy? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing/Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of marketing and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a agile environment, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the marketing team with campaign planning and execution, including social media and promotions.
- Assist with content creation, scheduling, and management of social media posts.
- Coordinate with restaurant locations to ensure promotional materials and communications are distributed effectively.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
- Assist with event coordination and preparation, as needed.
- Designing social media graphics, posters & digital content (Canva or Adobe)
- Reaching out to influencers & local creators for brand partnerships
- Provide support for other ad-hoc projects and tasks during the busy season.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms (experience with design tools like Canva is a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and flexible attitude, ready to adapt to varying tasks and priorities.
