We are looking for a personable, proactive, and organised Front Desk Attendants (Service Coordinators) to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a front-facing, concierge-style role that goes beyond reception duties. You will be the first point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of high-end residential towers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting and assisting residents, new occupants, and guests with professionalism and care

Coordinating maintenance tasks and liaising with contractors

Managing building access, visitor logs, and key/fob security

Conducting daily building walkthroughs and incident reporting

Responding to enquiries, logging complaints, and ensuring timely resolution

Assisting with emergency coordination and OH&S; compliance

Booking and monitoring building amenities, deliveries, and move-ins

Maintaining concierge presence and presentation across various sites.

You Bring:

A hospitality or customer service qualification (ideal for recent hospitality graduates)

Strong communication and people skills

High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities

Pay: $47,405.00
- $62,890.00 per year
