**The Role**

Working in collaboration with your manager and the wider Marketing team, the core purpose of this role is to support key marketing initiatives to meet overarching marketing and business objectives for Ozdare. You’ll work across the various marketing channels from Campaign Rollout, to Influencer Activity, Content Planning and In Salon Activations to support your team and manage key marketing initiatives.

The role requires a high level of collaboration to ensure all marketing activity is integrated. You’ll develop strong connections with your Sales and Education team mates to ensure all Ozdare activity works cohesively and to achieve a common vision.

You’ll act as brand custodian to ensure the Global Brand Vision is translated consistently in the local market and executed with excellence, all the way through to the salon floor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute key campaigns and Always On activity, staying across industry trends to optimise strategies.
- Social Media Management
- Manage Ozdare social media accounts across all brands, respond to customer enquiries within 24 business hours, and liaise with Customer Service to resolve issues.
- Content Creation & Management
- Oversee content calendars, write captions, capture content for events/classes, and maintain brand assets on SharePoint.
- Ecommerce & Digital Initiatives
- Support website optimisation, digital campaigns, affiliate programs, and lead capture activities in line with the Digital Roadmap.
- Partnerships, Events & PR
- Support events, brand ambassador and influencer programs, online retailer campaigns, and PR activities, including liaising with agencies.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on marketing metrics, digital performance, and campaign outcomes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Team Collaboration & General Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Education teams, and undertake other tasks as directed.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field (required)
- Comfortable being in front and behind the camera (required)
- 1 year of full time relevant experience
- Interest in the fashion, hair and beauty landscape (preferred)
- Experience in Klaviyo and social media scheduling tools (highly valued)
- Basic use of Shopify (highly valued)
