Requisition ID: 16654- Location: Southbank, AU, 3006**The Role**: Exciting newly created role to support the execution of the marketing agenda of ENGIE Impact APAC across the full suite of external activities and channels to bolster ENGIE Impact’s brand in the region.
Reporting to APAC Marketing and Communications Associate Director and collaborating closely with APAC leadership team, the Marketing Coordinator is tasked to implement marketing programs aligned with the business and marketing and communications objectives.
The incumbent will work with the APAC team while liaising with the broader Global Market Development team firmwide and can work flexibly from our Southbank office and home.
**Key Responsibilities**: **Marketing Programs**:Drive execution of marketing programs
- Lead the project planning and execution of top-of-funnel programs for lead generation and nurturing in alignment with business goals
- Develop engaging digital tactics to engage and nurture leads and clients across APAC
- Work directly with teams to drive the planning and execution of events. Take complete ownership of all aspects of event management and ensure that we aim to meet the objectives of the plan established
- Manage process of keeping Salesforce campaigns and client lists up to date
**Strategic Planning**:Support leadership with strategic planning
- Support development of APAC integrated marketing plan and work with the team collaboratively by communicating and maintaining timelines, setting priorities, and executing plans
- Support the content development process, coordinating between the Subject Matter Experts, content and creative teams.
**Metric Reporting**:Performance and KPI tracking
- Work with the marketing operations teams to gather the analytics for flagship campaigns. Must leverage the tools to quantify all results and identify areas of improvement.
- Support development of quarterly marketing KPI dashboard
**About You**: A highly collaborative person, you will have proven ability to execute marketing programs across formats, have solid writing skills, self-starter and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results.
The successful incumbent will have sound experience in creating and managing events end-end, and demonstrated organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, Pardot and other marketing tools.
Knowledge and understanding of sustainability concepts will be well regarded.
