Marketing Assistant (South Melbourne)

As a Marketing Assistant at OBrien Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the delivery of our external and internal marketing communications. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Operations Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the following:

- Design creative for marketing requests in alignment with project briefs and deadlines.
- Develop the monthly social media creative calendar used on OBrien’s corporate social media channels.
- Create ad-hoc social media posts upon request to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage the production of weekly internal Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) communications to staff and Directors.
- Film and produce video content

**Qualifications**:

- TAFE qualification in graphic design (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in social media management (1
- 2 years part time while studying)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
