What is the role?
As the Events Manager at Kingpin Crown, you will:
Partner with all Department Heads and lead a team of Event Hosts to create premium, immersive Group and Corporate experiences
Provide our guests with a remarkable experience to remember forever by constantly looking for ways to improve our service
Our dedicated Sales and Events team will look after securing all events; it's your job to prepare the team, ensure organisation end-to-end, deliver the fun and gather feedback afterwards!
This role specialises in looking after Group and Corporate events, although Kingpin is no stranger to a wide range of celebrations! The guest tells us what they would like to celebrate, and we will make it possible.
Given the nature of parties and events, this role requires versatile availability, including being able to work evenings, late nights and weekends.
Who are you?
You hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain
You have prior experience in Events and Leadership; you have a solid focus on Group and Corporate bookings!
A hands-on and effective leader with a high attention to detail
You know how to adapt your approach to the situation as the day goes on
Natural ability in relationship building to dazzle guests, drive sales and ensure encourage 5-star reviews
A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team
