Marketing Specialist (Southbank)

An exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer to lead creative campaigns, create compelling content, and help shape the future of our brand. As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and growth. You’ll combine creativity with data-driven thinking to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across digital, content, and brand. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and audience needs
- Create persuasive content across digital, social media, email, and print to maintain brand consistency and engagement
- Optimise digital performance through SEO, SEM, and targeted email strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities
- Track and report on campaign performance leveraging analytics tools and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimise ROI.
- Support the planning and execution of key marketing events
- Maintain brand integrity across all marketing assets and communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver aligned, effective campaigns What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand and digital marketing (finance industry experience preferred)
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple platforms
- Solid understanding of campaign tracking and performance optimisation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong project and time management abilities
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a bonus
- Graphic design and multimedia skills are a plus
