Disability Support Worker (Casual) (Girraween)

**About us**: Phil Terry Health Care Services is an NDIS and Home Care Approved Provider offering a flexible and individualised care service in home and community settings to people with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and to achieve their goals.

**About the role**: We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, in Girraween and Chester Hill.

**About you**:

- possess a compassionate, caring and supportive nature.
- have solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- have disability support or aged care experience.
- be reliable and able to commit to work a range of shift times including mornings, evenings and weekends..
- be competent in completing shift documentation.
- be available to start immediately.
- must be comfortable with dogs
- must speak clear English
- family preference
- Asian and Australian

**Essential criteria**:

- current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW driver's licence and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module: ‘Quality, Safety and You’ Certificate of Completion
- Infection Prevention and Control for COVID-19 Certificate of Acknowledgement
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- mental health certificate
- female staff required
- Bowel Care

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.60
- $42.79 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
