We’re proud to offer a newly created leadership opportunity at our state-of-the-art Powderline plant in Girraween, a key part of our vertically integrated supply chain supporting seven manufacturing sites across Australia.

The Prospect

As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our powder coating facility, overseeing a skilled team across material handling, coating, packaging, dispatch, and plant maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for:

Driving Delivery In Full and On Time (DIFOT) performance

Championing our Zero Harm safety culture

Mentoring and developing your team

Ensuring operational maintenance and continuous improvement

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with:

Previous supervisory experience in a process manufacturing setting

Robust leadership and team engagement skills

WHS knowledge and a commitment to safety

Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems

A solid understanding of materials management

A proactive, can-do attitude

Powder coating experience is highly desirable
