- Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care team
- Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensuring care plan compliance throughout the shift
- Advising and allocating care staff
- Recognition and escalation of the deteriorating resident
- Provision of secure, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
- Providing ADL care to residents
- Maintain documentation as per organisational standards What you will bring
- Registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory
- One-year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
