We’re looking for aSous Chefto work alongside our Head Chef and help shape a kitchen focused on seasonal produce, Mediterranean influence, and estate-grown wines. The Role You’ll be a key leader in the kitchen—hands-on in service, mentoring the team, and ensuring every plate reflects the Meteora standard. What You’ll Do
- Lead kitchen service and support the Head Chef
- Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist in menu development and seasonal changes
- Manage prep, ordering, and stock control
- Uphold food safety and operational standards What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sous Chef or robust Senior CDP ready to step up
- Experience in premium dining or similar environments
- Strong leadership and calm service presence
