- Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support the external sales team with quotes, orders, and product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and self-motivated approach – you don’t wait to be told what to do!
- A keen learner who is eager to develop their product and industry knowledge.
- Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service, or account management role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A problem-solver who takes initiative to find solutions for customers. Salary and Benefits
- $65K
- $70K Base Salary
- Additional Superannuation
- Profit Share paid 2x a year, eligible after probation
