TCC offers residential aged care (including dementia‑specific care), independent living, respite, and community aging services through the operation of Haddington Nursing Home and Millrace Hostel. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Full‑Time basis. A variety of shifts are available, including morning, afternoon, and evening – with strong availability particularly across PM shifts. What's in it for you?

- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health staff
- Provision of safe, high‑quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through a resident‑first approach Who are you and what will you bring?
- AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for delivering a person‑centered approach to care
- NDIS Check (or willing to obtain) Employment Details

- Hours: Full‑time – 76 hours per fortnight
- Hourly Rate: $44.27 to $58.14 per hour based on experience + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances
