Operations Manager- Removals Industry (Girraween)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and implement strategic and operational objectives.
- Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of vehicles, including fuel management.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage compliance with regulations and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in a timely manner for clients and the business.
- Supervise and manage staff effectively.
- Schedule operations to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the operations admin team to support daily activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.
- Proven management skills with a focus on team leadership.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Office, and the willingness to learn internal systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the removals industry.
