- Analyse, gather and document business requirements
- Design and support the implementation of biosecurity standards, policies, and procedures through detailed system analysis to protect livestock from diseases and external threats.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose optimal business practices and system functionality.
- Collaborate with the Livestock General Manager, Chief Operations Manager, company veterinarians and other department /site heads to integrate animal welfare and biosecurity practices into daily operations.
- Develop user and training documents on IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of animal health, welfare, and biosecurity measures for reporting and compliance.
- Gather, maintain, and analyze compliance data, report trends, and recommend actions.
- Develop and manage documentation of system functions and issues to ensure users can identify and resolve issues.
- Develop, design and implement biosecurity standards, policies and procedures to safeguard our poultry livestock.
- Report, investigate, and implement corrective actions for breaches of standards, legislation, policies and procedures in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes, regulations, and best practices related to animal welfare and biosecurity.
- Drive best practice and continue to develop a positive animal welfare and biosecurity culture business wide through strong animal welfare and biosecurity protocols, solid relationships and communications, innovation and engagement. *Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in information technology /ICT or Data Science or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar analytical role
- At least two years of experience in a similar business analysis role.
- Experience in compliance, quality assurance, or audit.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
