**Sales and Operations Support**

Small-medium sized business operating in the **Facilities Management, Construction and Safety** services space. Looking for an admin all-rounder to support Sales, Estimating, Projects and Accounts.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inboxes and inbound enquiries
- Set up quotes, file documentation and assist with document management
- Process orders and prepare purchase orders
- Support project delivery and warehouse/fleet activities
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and Field Team members
- Support for invoicing and progress claims

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous admin experience required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Great communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read plans is an advantage (not essential) training provided
- Ability to work efficiently
