**About our Opportunity**

As the Site Service Administration Supervisor for Trend Bayswater, you will oversee the Site Service office leading a team of four Support Coordinators. You and your team will be accountable for coordinating the installation of our products, ensuring site operations are effectively project managed and our Site Service field technicians perform duties safely and productively.

This is a true people role, whilst leading a small team and scheduling installation jobs, you'll need to be skilled in managing customer escalations and troubleshooting solutions with respect to site service issues to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. You will also drive continuous process improvements to improve service performance and the safety culture.

In addition, you’ll:

- primary contact for major customers for product escalation on site in conjunction with project managers.
- drive project managers to improve customer service relevant to site activity.
- liaise with contractors and suppliers as required.
- ensure your team adhere to agreed process for returns and work with operations team to communicate issues effectively

**About You**

We’re looking to leverage your scheduling experience within the production, site service or transport industries along with experience leading a team who interact with customers. You need to be approachable and have an open and transparent communication style whilst you balance competing priorities and demands in a high functioning environment. Your agile approach and ability to be pragmatic in providing quality customer service is a must, along with capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise.
