**About our Opportunity**

As the Site Service Administration Assistant for Trend Bayswater, you will be apart of a skilled, collaborative close knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. You will support the Site Service Scheduler and team coordinate the installation of our products by providing general administration assistance ensuring a positive customer experience and service levels.

In addition, you’ll:

- contact customers daily to confirm upcoming Service works
- printing all required service paperwork for our installers
- primary contact for general enquiries and service dates

**About You**

We’re looking for an energetic team player who will contribute to our positive work environment, who has previous customer service experience, self-motivated and have initiative to participate in our comprehensive training and demonstrate a keenness to learn. You will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the customer, supporting you to effectively build constructive relationships with internal (installers) or external (builders).

In addition, you will bring:

- Ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
- Pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
