- **The Role**:_

The Sales & Estimating Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and estimating team in improving conversion rates and meeting company sales goals through activities such as lead nurturing, CRM management, estimating support, and providing sales support to customers.

If you thrive in dynamic work settings and demonstrate proficiency in adjusting to changing priorities for the purpose of advancing business objectives, this position aligns with your capabilities.
- **Skills Required**:_
- Prior experience in a sales coordinator position and a background in assisting with cost estimates or quotes within the trade, services, or building industry. (no formal qualifications required).
- Read and understand architectural plans.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Robust ability to multitask and work with various stakeholders
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and build relationships
- Be a team player
