Diploma Educator (Fletcher)

Outlook Early Learning Centre is a privately owned and operated service and aims to provide quality care for children by focusing on security and happiness, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. We are looking for someone that has leadership qualities, knowledge of the NQF and the ability to guide and support others. You will be working with a motivated and friendly team. You will be involved with the planning, programming and observations as well as working collaboratively with other staff who will be equally involved.

Requirements are
- Previous experience in managing and providing positive role modelling to other educators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with co-workers, families and children
- Good understanding and working knowledge of the EYLF
- Incredibly passionate and excited about providing high quality and engaging early learning curriculums
- Hold a minimum Diploma or Childhood Teaching degree (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
