- A$60,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Evolve Talent National Operations Director @ Evolve Talent Evolve Talent are currently recruiting support service workers to join our clients Aged Care facility located in Tenterfield, a regional town in New South Wales, Australia. This is a permanent contract, we can also accommodate some temporary or casual contracts. This is a full-time role offering regular morning and afternoon shifts. Weekend and public holiday availability will be required. Benefits:

- Immediate Start Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping
- cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, making beds, emptying bins.
- Kitchen Hand
- high volume dishwashing, food preparation.
- Dining Room Attendant
- ensuring dining room is kept clean and replenished during service time. Assisting in setup in dining areas.
- Laundry
- washing, drying, and sorting linens.
- General cleaning
- Cleaning communal areas, maintain adequate supplies of soap, toilet paper, and any additional cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use.
- Additional duties
- Completing required documentation and reporting. Providing ad hoc support to the broader team as requested. Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment by adhering to quality, hygiene, and infection control standards. Skills & Requirements:
- Previous exposure in a similar role.
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- Currently hold and maintain a NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
- Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Aged care experience (highly desirable)
- An understanding of Resident Rights & Aged Care Accreditation Standards (desirable) About Evolve Talent
