Data Analyst - Tableau & Qlik Sense (Girraween)

**The Opportunity**

VENTORA is looking for someone who thrives on challenges, has a passion for IT and is willing to learn to support and administer a range of leading-edge business systems.

Reporting to the Applications Team Lead, we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and a team player. The focus will be on creating and maintaining data analysis tools, including Tableau and Qlik Sense, that are used across all VENTORA brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing/administering benchmark/myEHS setting
- Building new dashboards and reports to present data
- Delivering a high level of IT support to all business users
- Communicating with users, the IT team and vendors as appropriate
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across integrated systems.

**About You**
- Qualifications in Tableau as Data Analyst (Essential)
- Experienced in reporting and dashboard creation in Qlik View and Qlik Sense
- Experience administrating Access and Security models in BI Too, including Qlik.
- Excellent User and Support document writing
- Exposure to EHS systems and policies
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Ability to communicate with users from all parts of the business
- General understanding of IT environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with EDI and SQL (Highly Desirable)
