Operations Manager Removals Industry Girraween

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement strategic and operational objectives.

Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of vehicles, including fuel management.

Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of equipment.

Manage compliance with regulations and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

Ensure all operations are conducted in a timely manner for clients and the business.

Supervise and manage staff effectively.

Schedule operations to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability.

Collaborate with the operations admin team to support daily activities.

Required Skills:

Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.

Solid communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.

Proven management skills with a focus on team leadership.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Office, and the willingness to learn internal systems.

A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the removals industry.
