We are looking for someone that has leadership qualities, knowledge of the NQF and the ability to guide and support others. You will be working with a motivated and friendly team. You will be involved with the planning, programming and observations as well as working collaboratively with other staff who will be equally involved.

Requirements are

Previous experience in managing and providing positive role modelling to other educators.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with co-workers, families and children

Positive understanding and working knowledge of the EYLF

Incredibly passionate and excited about providing high quality and engaging early learning curriculums

Hold a minimum Diploma or Childhood Teaching degree (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)

Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
