- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Sales and Operations Support Small-medium sized business operating in the Facilities Management, Construction and Safety services space. Looking for an admin all-rounder to support Sales, Estimating, Projects and Accounts. About the Role No two days are the same! This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm) based in Girraween, near Parramatta. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, enjoys helping others and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inboxes and inbound enquiries
- Set up quotes, file documentation and assist with document management
- Process orders and prepare purchase orders
- Support project delivery and warehouse/fleet activities
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and Field Team members
- Support for invoicing and progress claims Skills & Experience
- Previous admin experience required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Great communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read plans is an advantage (not essential) training provided
