We're looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to join a national industry leader based in Girraween

About the role Reporting to the sales and operations leadership team, you'll be the engine room behind their customer and account management functions
- keeping orders, queries, and internal communications flowing efficiently. What you'll be doing
- Processing sales orders and quotes accurately in SAP
- Managing inbound customer enquiries, warranty claims and after-sales support
- Coordinating promotions, product launches and internal sales activity
- Maintaining CRM records, sales documentation and internal communications
- Liaising cross-functionally with dispatch, production and finance teams
- Delivering prompt, professional follow-up to keep customers satisfied
- Supporting account managers and reps with scheduling and admin What we're looking for
- Background in internal sales support, customer service or sales administration
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
- strong Microsoft Office skills essential
- Confident, skilled phone manner with excellent written communication
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- A team-first attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
