LF Storeworkers | Temp to Perm (Girraween)

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking LF Storeworkers to join a busy warehouse and distribution environment located in Smithfield and surrounding suburbs. These positions are ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, are physically fit and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Please note: This role involves minimal forklift operation with a stronger focus on manual handling and warehouse duties.

AM Shifts Available

Duties may include:

• Counterbalance forklift operation (minimal forklift duties)


- Pick packing and order preparation
- Manual handling tasks throughout shifts
- Heavy lifting and movement of products/materials
- Loading and unloading products
- RF scanning and stock movement
- Sorting, packing and labelling stock
- Assisting with warehouse workflow requirements
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Working towards daily productivity targets and KPIs To be successful, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence required


- Counterbalance forklift experience highly regarded
- Previous picking and packing experience essential
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transport and strong attendance history
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in quick-paced environments
