- Commercial Lawyer Full-time preferred | Part-time and Flexible Working Available considered for the right candidate Aditum Lawyers is a boutique commercial law firm acting for sophisticated businesses across Australia. We are growing steadily and intentionally, with a strong focus on quality work, commercial outcomes, and building a team that actually enjoys working together. We are seeking Commercial Lawyers, ideally 3 years PAE+ with solid commercial law experience to join our team. This role will suit someone who wants meaningful responsibility, high-quality matters, and a workplace where standards are high but support is genuine. The Role Depending on your level, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Running matters commercially from start to finish
- Advising clients clearly, practically, and with commercial awareness
- Meeting agreed targets while maintaining quality and professionalism Areas of Practice Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Commercial litigation
- Construction law
- Insolvency and restructuring
- Corporate and transactional work
