Property and Commercial Law Paralegal – Full Time (Southport)

We are seeking a motivated and confident Senior Property and Commercial Law Paralegal with a minimum of4 years’ experience. Exposure and knowledge of Smokeball and Comparto Legal Accounting Software would be highly advantageous along with a good working knowledge of PEXA (e-conveyancing), Microsoft Word, Outlook and Lexon Insurance protocols. Essential requirements are: + Ability to handle and run files autonomously from A-Z with minimal supervision + A meticulous attention to detail + Manage residential and commercial conveyancing and off the plan developments + Experience in contract preparation, managing small and large-scale transactions, estate administration and leasing + Excellent document preparation and formatting skills + Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors and others as required in a professional and productive manner + Providing guidance and assistance to the firms highly valued clients + Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your tasks If you are passionate about conveyancing and commercial law, enjoy dealing with people and are looking for a working environment where your skills and contribution to the team will be valued, we would love to hear from you.
