You’re as comfortable in strategy meetings as you are closing Service Repair Orders You bring:
- A strong track record in automotive service leadership .
- Proven ability to deliver service growth and profitability in a dealership environment.
- Outstanding communication and people skills — you motivate, mentor, and lead with purpose.
- A sharp commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Energy, integrity, and the confidence to make big calls that move the business forward.
- New car experience polish with skilled approach to used cars.
- Customer development and delivery experience culture.
- Ability to breed people into winners. Your Role As Service Manager, you’ll:
- Oversee service operations across MG, GAC, Fiat, GWM and Mahindra
- Set transparent goals, coach your advisers, and drive results across new, used vehicles
- Craft and execute sales strategies that strengthen market share and profitability.
- Champion the customer experience from first enquiry to serviced completion.
- Develop and inspire your team — building capability, accountability, and pride.
- Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in group-wide strategy. What’s In It For You
