About the Role
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will work closely with our solicitors across a wide range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting legal correspondence and court documents Managing client files and maintaining accurate records Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties Assisting solicitors with case preparation and administrative support Managing appointments, deadlines, and file organisation Providing compassionate and qualified support to clients during sensitive matters
About You Previous experience working in family law is preferred Strong understanding of family law processes and procedures Excellent communication and client service skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Professional, compassionate, and approachable manner Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in family law Strong administrative and document management skills Proficiency in legal practice management systems High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Work Location: In person
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
