- Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management.
- Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure residents receive healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals.
- Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience. Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Some experience within a commercial kitchen (experience in aged care highly regarded).
- Experience with a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements to meet social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents. Perks
