- Deliver practical, hands-on training for HR, HC, and MC licence students
- Conduct competency-based assessments in line with regulatory standards
- Ensure a strong focus on safety, compliance, and best driving practices
- Support and mentor students to achieve confident, job-ready outcomes ✅ Requirements Essential:
- Unrestricted HR, HC or MC licence
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
- Instructor’s Licence (Blue Book)
- Assessor’s Licence (for assessment duties)
- Minimum 1–3 years relevant industry experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Solid knowledge of road safety and compliance standards
