Techforce Personel has partnered with a great client of ours in search of a Recruitment Consultant on a casual basis, working on the Trades and Labour team for an exciting project resourcing for a high volume of Blue Collar workers based in Henderson.

**Job Role**: Recruitment Consultant specialising in Blue Collar Mining and Resources sector.

General functions of this position will include the following:

- Management of End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Responsible for maintaining strong connections with client representatives
- Actively involved in Business Development initiatives
- Understanding of Mobilisation Systems
- collaborating with the Mobilisation team
- Maintain robust recruitment database management
- Provide daily activity and weekly/monthly reports to management.

**Requirements**: This role is suitable for an experienced Professional with strong Recruitment background in Mining and Resources.

The role is a temporary contract initially available for 3 months with possible opportunity for extension and movement in the company working on some upcoming exciting projects.
